{"id":560,"date":"2019-02-04T14:02:58","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T14:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/?p=560"},"modified":"2019-02-04T15:49:12","modified_gmt":"2019-02-04T15:49:12","slug":"testare-de-echipamente-de-via-ferrata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/index.php\/2019\/02\/04\/testare-de-echipamente-de-via-ferrata\/","title":{"rendered":"TESTARE DE ECHIPAMENTE DE VIA FERRATA LA SOC DINAMIC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Specificul traseelor de Via Ferrata este acela ca <strong>organismul cataratorului<\/strong> se afla sub posibilul impact al unor <strong>factori de cadere<\/strong> foarte, foarte mari.<\/p>\n<p>Considerente teoretice despre \u201cfactorul de\u00a0 cadere\u201d gasiti <a href=\"http:\/\/1.) http:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/index.php\/2016\/04\/10\/factorul-de-cadere-alpinism\/\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a>; si despre \u201cvia ferrata\u201d gasiti <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/2.) http:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/index.php\/2018\/03\/17\/o-procedura-de-management-pentru-trasee-de-via-ferrata\/\">AICI<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Echipamentele <em>individuale<\/em>\u00a0(mobile) de via ferrata au caracteristici constructive adecvate si care permit absorbirea socului de catre echipament, protejand cataratorul.<\/p>\n<p>Despre aceste echipamente puteti gasi detalii tehnice <a href=\"https:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IL-01-01.1.-echipam.ind_.via-fer.pdf\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Din pacate exista statistici cu privire la cazurile de ignorare a acestor pericole iminente.<\/p>\n<p>Detalii privind consecintele ignorarii acestor pericole gasiti <a href=\"http:\/\/4.) http:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/index.php\/2018\/05\/17\/inconstienta-de-pe-traseele-de-via-ferrata\/\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Echiparea traseelor de via ferrata in partea lor <em>fixa<\/em> (de amenajarea peretilor), raspunde deasemenea unor conditii de siguranta.<\/p>\n<p>Despre aceasta echipare gasiti detalii tehnice <a href=\"https:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IL-01-01.2.-traseu-via-fer.pdf\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aproape toate echipamentele alpine (cu exceptia corzilor dinamice), sunt descrise prin nominalizarea unor valori statice privind efortul suportat. Punctul \u201cambiguu\u201d (practic total nedocumentat) , este cel referitor la fixarea ancorelor in stanca (exista vagi referinte, FARA STANDARD, pentru fixarea acorelor in beton, dar nu in stanca)\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Complementar testului decisiv (filmat in acest material), au fost facute teste referitor la <em>solicitarea statica axiala<\/em> asupra ancorelor fixate in perete.<\/p>\n<p>Detalii concrete desprea aceste incercari statice gasiti <a href=\"https:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/TestReport_12100-Hilti.pdf\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Din pacate nu exista o \u201cformula magica\u201d care sa echivaleze efortul static cu socul dinamic (sau invers).<\/p>\n<p>Considerenre terotice despre o aproximatie (cat de cat) in acest sens, gasiti <a href=\"http:\/\/7.) http:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/index.php\/2018\/11\/24\/static-versus-dinamic-in-alpinism\/\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Iar cum o situatie de cadere reala , implica automat o abordare gen \u201c<strong>soc dinamic<\/strong>\u201d, am recurs la experimentul descris in prezentul material (adica la o <em>testare dinamica<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Astfel am amenajat 4 segmente de traseu de via ferrata de3,5 m, pe care se pot realiza caderi in gol de aproximativ 4 m. Pe aceste segmente am aruncat in gol o greutate de 80 kg care era suspendata cu o bucla de chinga expres Beal (2,2 kN) terminata cu o carabiniera cu blocare Beal (3 kN). Carabiniera culiseaza pe un cablu pana la o ancora in care tamponeaza pentra a opri caderea. Cablul si ancora superioara au fost comune in cele 4 lansari (s-a mutat doar cablul de pe o ancora pe alta, in partea inferioara).<\/p>\n<p>Detalii concrete despre aceste amenajari gasiti in pozele dinamic\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caderea filmata nr.1 a fost in ancora\u00a0 nr.2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acora manufacturata din fier beton de 20 mm, departata 7 cm de perete, lipita chimic intr-un punct, in cea mai buna stanca din perimetru.<\/p>\n<p>Cadeara a fost efectiv verticala si in surplomba. Ancora nici nu a \u201csimtit\u201d socul. Ancora nu a suferit nici cea mai mica deformare permanenta dupa soc. Stanca insa, are fisuri si sfaramari in preajma gaurii. Singurul element care a cedat a fost carabiniera<\/p>\n<p>(<em>nota<\/em> : carabiniera se afla la al doilea soc extrem, fiind refolosita dupa filmarea anterioara).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filmul acestei caderi il puteti vedea <em><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/C7N2jG0vEC4\">AICI<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/C7N2jG0vEC4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Alte detalii si comentarii tehnice desprinse din acest caz filmat gasiti <a href=\"https:\/\/adrian.cassiomontana.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Comentarii-film-2.pdf\"><strong>AICI<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caderea filmata nr.3 a fost in ancora\u00a0 nr.4.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ancora industriala, tip \u201cinel cu talpa\u201d, de 12 mm, insurubat pe gujon Hilti M 12 , asigura o departare de perete de 6 cm, fixare cu con de expansiune intr-o zona cu stanca relativ buna.<\/p>\n<p>Caderea a fost oblic dreapta, usor surplombat. Ancora nu a suferit nici un fel de deformari. Datorita socului (cu componenta de solicitare axiala) gujonul a mai iesit aproximativ 1 mm din stanca, facand ca talpa inelului sa nu mai \u201ctamponeze\u201d ferm stanca. (<strong>moarte sigura !!!<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>FOLOSIREA ABSORBITORULUI DE SOC ESTE OBLIGATORIE !!!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Punctul cel mai slab din lantul de asigurare, se pare ca sunt lonjele<\/li>\n<li>In anumite situatii, carabinierele pot deasemena ceda (depinde de<em> modul in care sunt solicitate<\/em>, caz cu caz)<\/li>\n<li>Cele mai sigure elemente de asigurare sunt elementele fixe (cele fixate in perete).<\/li>\n<li>Referitor la tipurile de ancore testate, putem face urmatoarele recomandari de utilizare:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<strong><u><em>ancora 1<\/em><\/u><em>:<\/em><\/strong> rezista bine la soc extrem si e foarte buna la a departata cablul de\u00a0 stanca; in plus carabiniera \u201cculca\u201d corect (si nici nu are elemente sudate). Brida se monteaza cu suruburile<em> spre perete<\/em> !.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<strong><u><em>ancora 2\u00a0:<\/em><\/u><\/strong> nici o problema de rezistenta (poate e chiar supradimensionata), ar putea departa mai mult cablul\u00a0 de perete (prin montare adecvata); in plus carabiniera \u201cculca\u201d corect. Brida se monteaza cu suruburile spre perete (cum se vede si in film).\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong><u><em>ancora 3<\/em><\/u><em> :<\/em><\/strong> e foarte potrivita pe capetele de cablu (cu rodanta si bride), nu se adapteaza prea bine pe zone framantate (adica, nu cele cu stanca neteda), apropiind prea tare cablul de stanca . Se recomanda si din acest motiv, montarea conurilor de protectie a carabinierei deasupra acestor ancore (in zonele astfel expuse).\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong><u><em>ancora 4<\/em><\/u><em> :<\/em><\/strong> suficient de buna si ca rezistenta si ca departare a cablului de perete, este recomandabila in zone sinuoase\/complicate (cu devieri multe) , sau chiar in traversee (unde efortul e preponderent static; iar inelul in aceste cazuri se monteaza orizontal); in plus carabiniera \u201cculca\u201d corect.
